Problem
Contours, a premium baby stroller brand, was getting lost in a market filled with competitors of similar claims.
Insight
Babies can’t verbalize their comfort levels, and average-sized adults can’t experience them firsthand, leaving how babies actually feel in the stroller overlooked.
Strategy
Overcome the challenge of buying a stroller by putting parents in their baby's shoes.
Solution
We created an adult-sized replica of a Contours stroller and invited parents to test-ride, allowing decision-makers to interact with the product in the same way their babies would. We then captured people’s experiences to create an online film that invited people to follow Contours to find out when and where the next Contours test-ride would be, driving them to the stores for a purchase post-ride.
